Afterwards, He attended Pitzer College (Claremont, CA) and spent four intense years of academic study of music history and performance with such bands as Big Body Nation in the LA area. These years included study and playing jazz, hip-hop, funk in Durban and Cape Town in South Africa in 2012. In 2013 he became the Jazz Music Director at KSPC in Claremont, CA.  Back in Seattle now, he has joined the Hollow Earth in 2014 and created the music broadcast "Black Roots Radio."

He is working to become a vanguard of music media.
